The room was very spacious and the room service was just awesome (in my opinion). The food was very tasty and the complementary breakfast was good the day we arrived..will recommend people to stay in here.....it was a very good experience for me

My birthday party was held at Music Room, the banquet space of Casa Broadway. Unending snacks, loads of food, Bluetooth speaker, attentive staff to carry all the gifts to the car, and the open adjoining verandah an escape for smokers and for nice cool breeze during the dinner buffet. And parking is not at all a headache unlike most other places which I had considered. We have adopted the place for all our gatherings.

This is a relatively small hotel (34 rooms, spread over four floors). We had an Executive room which was fine, but stopped short of being luxurious. There are over 10 such exec rooms. Try to get room no 501 which is the nearest to being perfect at this price. Can't speak for the quality of the other rooms which may vary in standard. Our room was large, and it had tea/coffee maker, mini-fridge, large TV, very large bed, geyser and night safety lamp. There was a writing desk and a large window. Wish they had more charging points for mobiles and laptops. Bathroom was small but nice and clean. Shower was nice and powerful and the shaving light worked perfectly. Towels were somewhat worn, though. Food is reasonably priced and of good quality. Buffet Breakfast is served in the dining room but all other meals have to be ordered from the room service only. Breakfast menu is varied, quantity is very adequate and overall very satisfactory. Foods that are readily available through room service are very limited in variety. For most of the items in the menu, one must place the order long before, on pre-order basis. Quality of the food is very good. Kitchen staff are helpful and supportive. Among the kitchen staff Bijoy and Akshay deserve particular mention. All the staff are very nice and helpful, anyway. Other helpful staff are Neeraj at reception and Debnath in house keeping. The hotel caters mainly to white collar people visiting the city on official business, who go out after breakfast and return late. So the hotel is very quiet during the whole day. Family people also come. The dining room has seating arrangement for 25 people apx. We faced traffic jam during buffet breakfast time and had to come back half an hour later for a vacant table. Maintenance of the place and it's facilities needs to be micro managed better and attention needs to be paid to details. The lift is very slow and officially carries only 2 persons (unofficially 4 ) and it's service is an irritant because staff on duty are using it all the time. So the wait for the lift can be very long and irritating. But all said and done , I will visit this hotel again the next time I am in the city, because the location is just a 5 minute walk from Golpark, the people here are nice and helpful, rooms are comfortable and quality of the food is good. In short, value for money.

The hotel is located at an excellent location surrounded by highly rated restaurants and cafes, 2 minute walking distance from Gariahat market, 15 minute drive from park street area. We stayed in a deluxe room which was decent. The rooms can do with some maintenance. We could see the hole from where the fan was hanging There was no ventilation in the room and washroom, the stand to keep your clothes in the washroom was directly above the toilet seat so you have to be careful while hanging clothes otherwise they will fall in the seat. The room size could have been bigger considering it was their deluxe room. Also an electric kettle was provided but no tea-coffee kit was given. If the above mentioned improvements are done then it will be totally worth the money. The ac was fine and all necessary toiletries were provided. The staff is polite and room service is good The complimentary breakfast was good. It had variety but we expected some bengali dishes which were missing on the 2 days we had our breakfast there. Overall it is a nice hotel for a family stay.
